After completing formal education… founded an NGO and started working in the social field…joined with social organisations…

1. Worked 25 years for total literacy movement in Kerala.. As the president of Kerala Association for Nonformal Education and Development ( KANFED).
2. Organised more than 100 National Integration Youth Camps through out the country under Karayil Yuvajana Kalsamithi and in association with the ministry of youth affairs and sports govt. of India and National youth Project, new delhi.
3. Organised Voccational Training programmes for more than 15000 youths and helped them for self employment.. More than 65% of them got employed or started self employment in different fields.
4. Started different khadi & village Industries units in Karayil village, with the help from the Industries department and Kerala khadi & Village Industries board.
5. Started different skill development programmes for un emloyed, especially for rural women and youths.. The training programmes in making Swadeshi soap products became grand success and thousands of rural people self employed in northern kerala.
